FAQ’s
Curious? We have all
the answers
Where do you work?
We are based in downtown Tampa and work on projects across Tampa Bay and Florida. Remote support is available when it suits the project.
Who do you work with?
Homeowners, contractors, real-estate professionals, and design teams. Some clients bring us in from the first idea; others need help with one stage, such as permitting.
Do you build the project?
We provide design, documentation, and coordination. Construction is handled by appropriately licensed contractors, and we work alongside them.
Can you help with a permit that already has comments?
Yes. We review the drawings and comments, coordinate the responses, and help you through resubmittal.
How do I get started?
Tell us where the property is, what you are planning, and what you need next. We will recommend the right first step.
