02 / homes with intention

A custom home begins with the way you want to live, then grows from the site, climate, light, and details that make the place yours.

EDOL Studio helps homeowners and project teams shape new residences with a careful balance of character, performance, and buildability. We develop the architectural direction, coordinate the documentation, and bring the right consultants into the process at the right time.

what we do

a home shaped around the people inside it

We turn an owner’s priorities into a coherent architectural story that can be reviewed, priced, permitted, and built.

site and program studies
floor plans, elevations, and exterior character
interior architecture, finishes, and lighting direction
climate-aware planning, daylight, shade, and material durability
permit coordination and construction documentation

how it works

from first sketch to a buildable home

Every custom home is different. Our role is to create a steady framework for decisions while respecting the realities of the site and the local review process.

brief + site

We establish the lifestyle goals, site conditions, constraints, and opportunities.

concept + character

We explore massing, circulation, light, materials, and the feeling the home should create.

coordinate + document

We develop the drawings and coordinate the required consultants for review and pricing.

support + refine

We remain available for clarifications, selections, and construction coordination as agreed.
